Instructions for Returns and Refunds
To obtain your refund, you must first call Customer Service at 1-888-589-8145 (Monday–Friday 8am-5pm MST) in order to obtain an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number. (To expedite the process, please be ready with the order number from your packing slip.)
To receive a refund, you must postmark your return within 60 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of return package. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept packages without an approved RMA on the outside of the package.
Address return packages to: Living Better Direct, Attn: RMA# ______, 360 S. Fort Lane Suite 110, Layton, UT 84041. We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked “return to sender” or “refused”. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not accept C.O.D. returns. If you return a package, we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return all full or empty bottles of the product.
After our shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
